St Joseph's Christmas Program/Mass

A Christmas Eve tradition will continue at St. Joseph Church in Rowena, Texas. The story of the first Christmas will be told through narrations, scripture

readings, and music. The St. Joseph Choir will sing special songs and also lead in the congregational singing. Several young soloists will be featured

during the special service. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. prior to the 7:00 p.m. Mass. The climax of the Mass will be the hanging of the final

ornaments on the Jesse Tree by the children. They will then gather around the Crib and sing “Happy Birthday to Jesus” and Silent Night. Everyone is

welcome to come and join in celebrating this holy and blessed season.
