Friends of the Gus Pruser Agriculture Exhibit

The Friends of the Gus Pruser Agriculture Exhibit will meet Monday (May 9) beginning at 6:00 PM in the Gus Pruser Agriculture Exhibit, located at 219 West Dale Street in Winters. Ballinger Ag Boosters Meeting

The Ballinger Ag Boosters will meet on Wednesday (May 11) beginning at 6:30 PM at the Ballinger ISD Ag Building. 

The Ag Booster Club serves as a support group to the Ballinger FFA Chapter and its teachers in their endeavors.  The club has been created to encourage support and participation of students who are in FFA in the Ballinger ISD.  Any individuals interested in the continued success of Ballinger FFA and those wanting to encourage the development of leadership, character, scholarship and occupational pride are welcome to attend. 



Immunization Clinic in Ballinger

The Texas Department of State Health Services will host the monthly immunization clinic Thursday (May 12) at 600 Strong Avenue in Ballinger.  Hours for the clinic are from 10:00 AM to noon and from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.  The immunization clinic is for children with Medicaid, that are underinsured, or have no insurance as well as for adults with no insurance.  Parents are reminded to bring their child's immunization records and Medicaid cards. Humane Society of Ballinger Rabies Clinic

The Humane Society of Ballinger will host a rabies clinic on Saturday (May 14) at Tractor Supply in Ballinger.  The hours for the clinic will be from 9:00 AM to noon.  Dr. Matt Belden will administer the vaccines.  Shots for dogs will include rabies at $10 per dose, rattlesnake vaccines for $25, and seven way for $25.  Cat vaccinations include three way for $25 and Leukemia for $30 per dose.  All proceeds benefit the Humane Society of Ballinger.

The Texas Department of State Health Services will host the monthly immunization clinic on Monday (May 16) at the Professional Building, 110 South Main Street, Suite 108 in Winters.  Those attending are asked to use the Grant Street entrance in the rear of the building.  Hours for the clinic are from 10:00 AM noon and from 1:30 to 3:00 PM.  The immunization clinics are for children on Medicaid, that have no insurance, or that are underinsured as well as for adults with no insurance.  Parents are reminded to bring the child's immunization records and Medicaid cards if applicable.  For more information, call in advance to 754-4945.
