Book Signing at the Winters Public Library

On Thursday, December 20, at 2:00 pm, Winters Public Library will be hosting a book signing by Winters' own Marie Bockmon Cariker, promoting her book, "Emily".

Also on that date, WPL is hosting a COOKIE SWAP at the library beginning around 4:pm, with a round of refreshments and CHRISTMAS CAROLING to follow!
