The fourth annual benefit golf tournament, A Round for Marvin, will be Monday, September 27th at Bentwood Country Club. The four man scramble is scheduled for a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. Registration for each four person team is $400 which includes green fees and cart, catered lunch, draft beer on the course, hole in one contest entry, 1 mulligan per player and prizes for winning teams.
All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s. The tournament is in honor of long time Ballinger resident Marvin Clark who was an avid golfer and lost his battle to Alzheimer’s disease in 2014. We are excited to honor his memory with this fun community event.
Sponsored by Bonfire Energy, Buddy’s Plant Plus, Kent Elliott Roofing, Keystone Bank and Sweetwater Steel.
